Coronavirus on Skin: कोरोना वायरस इंसानों की स्किन पर कितनी देर जीवित रहता है, इसका पता लगाने के लिए जापान के वैज्ञानिकों ने स्टडी की। इसमें पाया गया कि वायरस 9 घंटे तक रह सकता है।




नोवेल कोरोना वायरस इंसानों की स्किन पर कई तक जिंदा रह सकता है। एक नई स्टडी में ऐसा दावा किया गया है। लैब एक्सपेरिमेंट्स में रिसर्चर्स ने मृतकों के शरीर पर टेस्ट किया जिसमें पाया गया कि वायरस 9 घंटे तक स्किन पर जिंदा रह सकता है। यह इन्फ्लुएंजा ए वायरस से चार गुना ज्यादा है। रिसर्चर्स का कहना है ताजा स्टडी के नतीजों से कोरोना वायरस का ट्रांसमिशन रोकने के लिए रणनीति बनाने में मदद हो सकती है ताकि महामारी की दूसरी वेव्स को रोका जा सके।

हाथ की सफाई है अहम


जापान की क्योटो प्रीफेक्चरल यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ मेडिसिन की टीम का कहना है कि वायरस स्किन पर कितनी देर रहता है, इस जानकारी की मदद से कॉन्टैक्ट के जरिए ट्रांसमिशन से निपटने में मदद मिल सकती है। इससे यह भी साफ होता है कि हमारा हाथ धोना कितना अहम है। अमेरिका के सेंटर फॉर डिजीज कंट्रोल ऐंड प्रिवेन्शन के मुताबिक 60-95% ऐल्कॉहॉल वाले हैंड-रब का इस्तेमाल या 20 सेकंड तक साबुन और पानी से हाथ धोने के लिए कहता है।

तैयार किया है मॉडल

स्टडी के लेखकों ने लिखा है- 'SARS-CoV-2 वायरस की इंसानों की स्किन पर स्थिरता के बारे में जानकारी नहीं है। हमने एक मॉडल तैयार किया है जो इंसानों की स्किन पर कोरोना वायरस को टेस्ट करने में मदद करता है और इससे वायरस की इंसानों की स्किन पर स्थिरता के बारे में पता चलता है।' यह स्टडी Clinical Infectious Diseases जर्नल में छपी है।

ऐसे किया गया एक्सपेरिमेंट

इस स्टडी के लिए स्किन फरेंसिक ऑटॉप्सी सैंपल से 24 घंटे पहले ली गई थी। रिसर्चर्स का कहना है कि उन्होंने ऐसा इसलिए किया ताकी स्वस्थ्य वॉलंटिअर्स को इन्फेक्ट न करना पड़े। स्किन सेल्स (त्वचा की कोशिकाओं) को कोरोना वायरस और इन्फ्लुएंजा ए वायरस, दोनों दिए गए। दोनों बूंदों और इंसानों के एक-दूसरे के संपर्क में आने से फैलते हैं। अब तक की स्टडीज के मुताबिक कोविड-19 ट्रांसमिशन एयरोसॉल और ड्रॉपलेट्स से हो सकता है।

नतीजों से होगी ये मदद

नतीजों में पाया गया कि फ्लू स्किन पर 1.8 घंटे ही रहा। वहीं, कोरोना वायरस 9 घंटे तक। जब अपर रेस्पिरेटरी ट्रैक्ट से सैंपल लिए गए तो कोरोना वायरस 11 घंटे तक स्किन पर रहा जबकि फ्लू 1.69 घंटे तक। 80 प्रतिशत ऐल्कॉहॉल वाले सैनिटाइजर से 15 सेकंड में इनैक्टिवेट हो गए। रिसर्चर्स का कहना है कि इससे हमें हाथ धोने और सैनिटाइज करने की अहमियत के बारे में पता चलता है।
